I end up having the energy to go do a few dishes and wipe the counter.
This is why I created this program because I know there are other moms out there just like me, who are struggling with their health and are stressed.

All you need is a yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks.
You have access to the videos for the life of the program. So you can come back and repeat the whole program and/or just your favorite workouts!
The 2 minute meditations are 6 days a week. These are great to do in the morning! The yoga workouts are 3 days a week and typically about 30 minutes long.
Yes, feel free to do other workouts that you enjoy whether that is cardio or strength training. I encourage you stay active even if that is just a walk.
